SHIPPING POLICIES

We have taken all the necessary steps to ensure that your order will be protected during shipment. We package your order appropriately to maintain the freshness of its contents. If you should have any issues with your delivery, feel free to contact us at 1-336-686-1281 (5-days a week from 9 am to 6 pm EST) or email us at algaencorp@gmail.com. Your orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Once your orders have been left at your door, it is your responsibility. We avoid shipping through the weekend and reserve the right to defer to the following Monday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order you have placed with Algaen Corporation, you must contact customer support by email (algaencorp@gmail.com) or by phone (1-336-686-1281). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information when contacting customer support to cancel an order. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to exchange the item (minus shipping costs).

RETURN POLICY

Every product you buy from Algaen Corporation comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Algaen Corporation, which may be replaced (at our sole discretion). NO REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Algaen Corporation is sold as is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Algaen Corporation, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
